This cluster top offers you more style for less pain. The three jewels connect at the side to create the illusion of three separate piercings. The 2mm and 3mm jewels are Crystal and you can choose Light Blue or Pink for the 4mm jewel. The jewels descend in size starting at 4mm, 3mm, and then 2mm, making this cluster top 10mm long and 5mm wide. The 0.9mm internal threading is located on the 4mm jewel and works with 18g and 16g posts. It’s made from high quality titanium that can be anodized to one of 26 colors for a small fee here in our Hanover, MD Painful Pleasures facility.
